Albero fair+sassy kitty designs?

when I went into the sassy kitty designs mainstore it gave me a LM to the albero fair yet when i got there there is no sassy kitty designs there at all not even on the little tp map they have on the wall. Does anyone know if there is a location there and where exactly it is in the giant sim, since not only was i lagging but i couldn't find the store anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated

Well, right by the landing point is a map of the mall and a key to the shops... which doesn't include Sassy Kitty Designs as far as I can see.
