I'm on the 13 business day and no delivery. Thanks Linden Labs. You know, it's not so much that there's a delay that irks me. It's that support can't give me a specific day. In other words, it'll be delivered "someday." Meanwhile, I got people wanting to buy land, and I have to make them wait. Hope they're still around when LL gets around to doing what they said they would do.

I dont know but I canceled my order and closed my latest ticket on the heels of the new island announcement. At that time it was still showing as "new request" after 2 days.
Now that I closed it, it is showing as "in progress".
I went in and added a comment that since I cancelled it before it was "in progress" I certainly would not expect them to charge me for anything on it, including an order cancellation fee for an order that was not started until after I closed it myself.
