WANTED: 1024 - 2048 sq m of MAINLAND on a beach with usable water. NOT "A PRIM FOR LAND" ON TOP OF WATER. IM Cheynnne Beaumont (yes 3n's) with a LM if you have this kind of land for sale.
I'm so sick of wading through piles of LIES form all the so called realtors. You would sell a lot more if you included a REAL Picture of the land for sale and an ounce of truth in the description! Hire someone to do it if you are to lazy!
OK done venting! Carry on!

Cheynnne, did you know you can use the map to just skim around the shorelines of the Continents and look for your Beach Land...Check the "For sale box first ", Which I think you will find rare and expensive ...but I am sure there is some out there ..
Kurt

CheyennNe (I got all 3 Ns, see?), First off, what's wrong with a prim island over water? It's certainly one solution, and a little prim island can look quite nice. Or you could replace it with an oil rig, if you're more industrially inclined. Second, do what the others suggested. Turn on the map, look at the edges of any mainland continent with the "show for sale" box checked, and find a likely looking yellow swatch. TP there and check it out with "About Land". Third, check out private estates. They tend to have a LOT of waterfront, and if you rent from a reputable owner, can be quieter, more pleasant, and cheaper per month than the mainland.

I'm not sure what "prim land" is? I have two lots that fit your description, I think. And I have a picture of the actual lots in my profile.

I just found 1536m2 lot for 15999 it has water and its on land. If you go exploring the map where there is water you'll find it if its still for sell. The rest are like 60 to 70k for 4096m2, 40k to 50k for 2048

i should clarify.... i DID find some good waterfronts here and there, but there was ALWAYS a reason why it was for sale. on the map, lovely. after arriving.... ad farms, ugly builds, ban lines on 2-4 sides, etc. i want my land for residential AND commerical. i don't mind two plots, as long as they are in the same sim. ban lines on several sides are evil for a commerical business. i am not buying more land. i am going back to basic and renting, if anything. IF anything.... edit: P.S. thank you X and CCTV, both. very sweet.

Using the map is far more efficient. The land sales search is a right pain in the arse.
I'd also advise looking for smaller plots and seeing if there's an adjacent plot for sale. For some reason in SL, the bigger the parcel the more it costs per square meter. Maybe because it gives you more control over your borders or something.
