Reporting Gaming Bots

Although I've more or less (mostly less) followed the whole LL bots blogs, I have a couple of questions:

1) Can residents report bots which are obviously trying to game the search..and
2) If so..under what catagory would one file such abuse

I have just recently purchased a mainland parcel (not the first time), and have a problem with a neighbor, who at this present time has 35 bots on their pracel (buried in the sea, as can be imagined). I have never in my 3+ years reported anyone for anything, being the midwest liberal that I am (is there such a thing)?..but this is a tad rediculous...

You can report it as "Unfair use of region resources" Not sure if it is still worded that way, but along those lines.

I would report them, they are not just gaming the search but ruining your enjoyment of your land you are paying for making it laggy.

Not sure how you are supposed to do it, but I think I would click on the bots and AR that way? Maybe someone who is used to it and has had success could advise.

Just open the Abuse Report window from the menu while in the region. Be cammed in on the bot farm so you can add a snapshot to the abuse report. Be very specific about the fact one person is using so many bots on one parcel. They say being very detailed on an abuse report helps. Give exact coordinates of the parcel and bots, etc.

Thanks Kenbro..I'll give it a try:)

Chokolate...you're damn right I'm going to report it...like I said I'm probably the most easy going person here, but there's a limit.

Thanks for the replies :)
