Pretty much a Noob around here. I do have a premium account to answer that question in advance.

What I was wondering is this..
I have a friend who is also a resident, and she wants to give me some L$ she has accumulated.
Can and if she can How would she do that?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

Your friend can simply click on your name in her contactslist or friendslist and choose the "pay option". Same option is also available in your profile.

Hope that helps :)

Or just right click on an avatar and select the "pay" option from the pie menu.

Welcome to SL, Krys :)

Tell her to open search and click on the "People" tag. Enter "Imnotgoing Sideways" and somewhere in the lower part of the window will be a pay button.

Make sure gives "you" as much money as possible. (^_^)y LOL!!!!!!!!

^^ ....Bad me!... =^w^=

if it's a HUGE amount and you don't want to be flagged, have her rez an box and put it up for sale. buy the empty box and then it's all legit.

As far as I know, huge amounts aren't what flag things. I believe it's repeated payments to or from one avatar in a short period. Anyone confirm this?

What means flagged account? If I transfer 10 000L to somebody this will mean that i do something wrong?

No. Don't worry about it. LL's automated system will sometimes suspend an account if it looks like they are gambling or laundering money. It would never happen for a transfer like yours.

It seems to be a mix of checked points, like amount of transfered money, number of transfers, account history. A friend of mine collects tier from his SIMs via an alt (only used for collecting money), and once a parcel owner payed this alt some 30k L$ and both were suspended for investigation. There never were problems before when the amounts were lower.
