We have a bad luck today. We're not Premium Account.... so renting lands from others. Owners of the Sim have some problems with LL even if they told us the SIM fees was paid until oct 13... SIM completely disappear this night with all our objets!!! I just wanna know if I can do something or where can I write for asking to have a return of all my objects. I thought it could be automatic... but... seems no... nothing in my lost and found repertory... Someone have experimenting this? I don't wish it at my worst enemy!!! Thank u for your help  KaRoBelz

Your sim owner may have abandoned the land early. Your best bet is to contact them and find out what happened.
I would also submit a support ticket - as a Basic member, you can submit a Region Down ticket. I would do that and explain in the description that you request that the region be brought up again briefly so that renters can retrieve their property. Someone else said on the forums that LL did this once for them; but I don't know if they were Basic members.
You are kind of new, so if you've never submitted a support ticket here are some tips: > Go to support and login as yourself (one-click link to do this is ~halfway down the page) > Click on "Submit a Ticket" > Under "summary" put something like "Region down - need to retrieve objects" > Under "ticket type" choose "Region Issues". Region request field will show up. > Under "region request" choose "Region is Down" > Under "details" give the name of the region, the owner's name, say approximately when it disappeared. Say that you are a renter on this sim and you think the owner may have defaulted on payments. You wish to retrieve your property. Can they please bring the sim up again briefly so that renters can get your objects. Thank them in advance. > Check the "email notification" box.
And watch your email for the next 48 hours. They look at these tickets fairly quickly, usually within 2 hours.
If you know any of your neighbors, contact them and ask them to submit tickets as well.

Basic members are actually only supposed to use the 'Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login' ticket type...there's a 'Region Down' subcategory underneath. If you used a different ticket type, LL may bounce it back and you'll have to redo it using 'Special Questions.' You *might* just want to go submit another one now, if that's the case.
