I've got some PG sim land I want to sell quickly. Last I heard, the going rate for land was averaging around L$3 per sqm. Is that still the case? It's been a while since I bought or sold land, so I'm a bit out of the loop on current values.
Does anyone know the current rate that bots are automatically grabbing land at? I'd like to move this land quickly and want to price it accordingly.

Pull up the land sales window, then set your land just a little under the bottom price. You can work down from the bottom number.
