I'm doing my first runway show at the London Fashion Week and I'm struggling to find a solution for runway walks. I know professional models have huds and all the appropriate poses equipped, but since I'm only doing one show for now, I'm using friends as models. What I'm looking for is an animation system that can be place on the top of the runway so when the models reach the right spots they can click on the device and select the poses they want from a menu/dialogue. The goal is to minimizing the costs and hassle since all models can share the same set of poses, instead of buying a separate set of huds and poses for each one of them. I would have invested if I was doing shows regularly but it seems a bit overkill to do so just for a 15 min show.
I have been looking high and low for something that does not require individual huds but without much success. Is there any clever solutions out there? The show is only a few days away, I would really appreciate any tips or advice.

There is a product called SinAnimator on SLExchange which may help you - however a lot of fashion shows used gestures for reasons of performance and control.

Hi, I actually bought this product a couple of days ago. It looked like an ideal solution but when I tried it, the runway walk was very laggy. The product does it to the walk animation for some reason. So you end up looking like you're doing robot impression. I simply can't use it for my show. It was a shame. But thanks for the suggestion.

From: Girlspeedo Latte I did a search on the site but couldn't seem to find it... Apologies - it doesn't seem to be there any more. I'll see if I can give you a copy - it was a free product.
