What is a fair price for a shop in a pirate themed mini mall (or does that matter)? I was asking 100/week for 10 prim but maybe thats too high? Whats fair? It's at the entrance to a pirate themed club that gets great traffic (2000-5000).

It's horses for courses but I'd say that's on the high side for 10 prims.

i charge L$50/week for 10 prims. i would not pay more than that unless you really feel #1 you just love the place and/or #2 you'll get a return on your investment.

Is 10 prim enough or is more really needed, these shops look like small pirate type buildings.

that's up to you. a 10 primmer is usually a portable or small booth.

maybe they are 25 prim size? i'd charge 100-125 for 25 prims.

Sweet thanks!! I'm more interested in some nice places to shop rather than money.

Owner; the mall is new for us. We've mostly been partying on the ship.

Is it possible for someone to look at my mini mall, people have been coming and looking but they just leave. I'm wondering what is wrong, is it the way it looks or what. If someone who rents shops can come by and give me a critique I'd appreciate it IM me in world, Candy Lisle

Thanks in advance!

I price things to be competitive and also take into account the extra things we offer our renters. I try to stay lower than 5L per prim for commercial spaces which to me in a fair price given what is out there what we offer.

I would suggest that you check out other spaces for rent, make a list of what they offer the renters, calculate price per prim and then price yours somewhere in the middle of the cost of the ones that are most like your rental spaces. Doing your research is crucial and an ongoing exercise. If you dont know what others are offering and why, you wont know how you stack up and cant "sell" those features and benefits to others.

Wiccan Sojourner came by and was not only nice enough to rent a shop but gave me some advice, one being to remove the doors :) I'm so glad she was able to give me some critique!
