...so every once in awhile I get a L$500 referral bonus (got 2 today, woo-hoo!). I guess people are signing up through my link on my website. That's very nice, but how can I find out who's doing the signing?
I did a google search on this before posting here, and the whole referral bonus "thing" seems to be something of a mystery.
Anybody know how I find out who's signing up?

You're supposed to get an email along with the money I think. I referred a friend once, and I believe I got an email stating I recieved (part of) my referral bonus.

I checked through search in RA and it seems no one really knows exactly how much you're suppose to get, when you get it, or even _if_ you ever get it. There's nothing about finding out who it is you referred that actually signed up premium... Sorry. Me don't know.

I sometimes get an IM in-world that says "You've received $L for referring Bob SoandSo", other times there is no message.

When I received a referral bonus for my alt, I think I got offline messages saying that I had received X amount for referring "avie". It's supposed to be L2000, and that's what i got, but got it in 1000 and 500 (two separate transactions) on one day and 500 the next day. I thought that was kind of strange.

I also got a notice (and you can also look it up in transaction history) that tells you the name. I recently got 500 bucks for referring Raynor. From EXACTLY one year ago.

Actually, I don't see how the referral program could be in operation anymore, considering the last few alts I made were never asked who referred them. P.S. I only ever got an IM when I got paid a referral bonus. I think I've gotten 3 of them... don't remember how much it was. Was ages ago. _____________________

I got a 500 L refferal reward for a friend who had been inworld for almost 2 years!!..I guess he was a basic member?...and then decided to upgrade and when he did..i was credited?..It's impossible to think it took the system that long to send me that $L500 ...right?
