I know once a sim is full, say a mainland sim will hold 40 agents, you can not teleport into that sim. What about those on foot? Will they be able to enter the sim, will they be blocked from crossing the boarder, or will some one else get kicked from the sim to make room for the agent on foot?

You get blocked from entering with a message saying the sim is full.

I haven't needed/tried it for over a year now, but before that I could always get into a sim (even if it's full), just as long as my home was set there. You would need to use "tp home" rather than a normal tp though.

I had a home on the same sim as a club with shops. They had so many campers there it would fill the sim to the point that I couldn't get home via tp or walking even though it was my home and my home point.
It was an overzealous manager and talking with the owner solved the issue but until then I could not get in when it happened until someone left.

have a sim crasher rezzed at home so if the sim is full, u can give it a command to whipe it clean might be abit against the tos (ok, more then abit if not getting you banned  ) |
