I try to log into sl and the crash logger keeps coming up and then nothing can't seem to get the login page is sl hicupping again???

Don't think it's SL. Have you just now downloaded a new viewer?
Maybe try clearing cache manually?

If it's the same corruption issue I experienced on installing the RC and you're using Windows: uninstall all versions of SL, clear all files from cache (in your user folder), possibly scour Registry entries, and reinstall the RC client (newest client).
This same issue has been written up in the Technical Issues and current client feedback subforums. I suggest you go there and read about it.
