I bought a variety of poseballs. They work, but the positions are wrong - for example, the "sensual kiss" pair I rezz in my home on the floor has me sunk into the floor up to my knees. Now, I can right-click on the pair and edit them to move them up so I'm standing on the floor. The other one in the pair is obviously linked because that moves up too. Great, just what I want. However, when I stand up, right click and take the pair back into my inventory, next time I rezz them I get exactly the same problem. Needless to say, a sensual kiss tends to lose some of its sensuality when you have to click on a poseball, get your partner to click on the other one, then slowly edit them to lift yourselves out of the floor every single time you want to kiss. So what's the proper way of doing this? Thanks

keep them rezzed....
other than that, don't think there is a way to keep them at the same position as after moving them
try maybe resetting scripts in case the script remembers the position..
*shrug*
I just rez, adjust and keep rezzed (that is when I had kissy pose balls)

SL doesn't save your in-world positioning. You are doing things perfectly right. However, you should just leave the poseballs out. Any decent poseball should have a hide/show function, which will allow you to hide them from view when not in use. If you keep taking them you'll have to reposition every time.

The whole point is to be able to rezz them whenever we want a kiss or cuddle, rather than having to go to a specific location in the house. Also, it looks messy with poseballs lying around in the house (edited to say: yes, Darien's right, there should be a hide function). The silliest one was something called a magixxx HUD, which only cost L$25 so I wasn't expecting too much, but the poses it produced are all over the place - half way through the floor, up in the air. One of them, admittedly, did look kinda cute - it was a sex pose, and as I'm a neko I have cat ears. Clicking on one of them positioned me under the floor, and all you could see was a pair of ears sticking through the floorboards, rhythmically moving up and down

You need to use an MLP-style device that will save the position every time.

Multi-love pose... it rezzes poseballs on demand and from a saved position. I'd recommend SexXx Drive from Neva Naughty. It can work as an attachment to your body, or put into your furniture.

oh never knew the mlp script works on attached items, that would be worth fiddling with
time to pull out that script and play around with it
