Enabling radio stations on a parcel

I am a group officer on a parcel which the owner doesnt use, and am trying to alter the music url by using a free radio script, for the benefit of the main user (I am really the 'odd job man !). I have set the radio object to the group, shared it and deeded it. The radio script appears to be working fine, but I can only hear the preset music URL, which is hidden when I look in about land. Does this URL need to be removed by the owner? Does he need to alter anything else? He is not online often, and I will have to pass instructions to the main user. Any advice will be helpful since I am well out of my depth here !

Is the land group-owned?

If it isn't I suppose he'd need to give you media url-changing rights.

Not group owned no. How does he enable music url changing rights? (I think I need to spell this out, otherwise it wont happen).

If it's mainland I don't think it's possible on non-group land, but on islands I have no clue.

Sorry - I realise I wasn't very helpful.

Apologies are not needed, you replied with useful information !

I think the parcel is mainland, since purchase requires credit card info on file, or similar.
I have conveyed the requirements to the user, they will get passed on in due course.
