Hi! Can someone please tell me the alt codes for the letters with the circles around them? Either filled it or not, doesn't really matter. A comprehensive list would be awsome too, if you have one. The only ones I've found don't have this or the stars and hearts.

Thanks!!

I'm digging into the past here but assume the same goes for today. Open Character Map and find the font set that contains the characters you mean. Hover or select should give you the required codes?
I hope I'm not teaching granny to suck eggs here!

added: Hi there Walker :) The other day someone asked how I got stars in my Taff's Bar group label. Of course, the alt code explains it though I wasn't able to at the time ;)

Just found Character Map lurking in System Tools under Accessories in Vista. I think the same in XP. Go on, tell me you're on a Mac Milli!! ;)

Haha. Hiya Bilbo. I was thinking of suggesting the character map, but shied away from it because I'm so used to the "but I'm using a Mac!" response. :D

/me looks down at keyboard

ummm...letters? LOL

Just curious, but why would you need the alt codes for letters?

I understand the need for ascii code while writing software, and I can understand your interest in using the neat little symbols...but alt codes for letters?

Maybe she wants letters with accents?
Or cyrillic or east asian characters?

umm.... There MAY be people out there who would like to say "Jag älskar dig" but not have a Scandinavian layout on their keyboard

So you would actually have to type "Jag alt+132 lskar dig" to express that to your sweety ;-)

('Jag älskar dig' is 'I love you' in Swedish)

oh, and that € can come in handy too, alt+0128
