...Broken, Exhausted Possible Fixes -- Almost 2 Days

Yesterday, when in a sandbox I was caged. I went to put on my shield to get out of it, and I crashed shortly after. Ever since then I can not move at all. I can only float in space, perpetually falling.
Before you ask, because I know you will.
1. Yes, turned on see transparent -- no there's nothing around me.
2. Yes, I cleared my cache -- in fact I even have reinstalled from scratch... twice.
3. Yes, I put in a ticket -- I even reported the abuse, but there's been no response.
4. Yes, I tried to sit on an object -- it would move me but when I got up I would be floating again.
5. Yes, I tried stop-animations from the menu *and* from and object -- did nothing at all.
6. Hell, I even went looking for a Mentor and noticed not only were there only about 3 online but each one told me the same thing after I outline this entire situation for me.
I was only told, "Clear your cache, wait to log in latter." -- and on one instance I was told to delete this account and make a new one.
Right, not happening.
I didn't pay for an account so that if a problem arises I'll have to just move on to a new one.
So if anyone has any useful, or helpful advice -- It'd would be nice to hear, this is going on two days pretty soon. So, yeah.
A bit annoying when you can only float.

No idea.
As someone else on this forum mentioned for themselves, I waited almost a year to become a mentor only to find the mentor channel filled with spam and 'cute' conversation.
The average answer was "I dunno" or, and not rarely, a mentor mocking the persons English or bad spelling -- or just something completely different. I gave up on them, and waited to be ejected for not attending any of the classes which taught absolutely nothing useful.
Mentors on SL are a joke, I've yet to find one who know any more then your average newbie -- and if they do, they leave the group shortly after discovering what it truly is.

This would be too obvious: You tried removing all attachments, right? It might actually be useful to create an alt account just to make sure there's nothing Very Strange going on with your machine and its connection--but it's pretty hard to see how that would generate just these symptoms. What happens when you try to Fly? Just nothing at all--no movement? (I'm trying to establish for sure that there's something physical still being applied to your avatar, or if an animation is still being forced onto your avatar continuously--which would also show up under Client | Character | Animation Info.) Finally, but again too obvious: You tried logging in to a different sim, right? (  Don't be embarrassed--you can always use one of the old welcome areas: perpetually falling would be the least bizarre of the symptoms of any welcome area denizen.) I've gone through the places-search and had friends TP me to new areas. Nothing. I'll check the 'Client | Character | Animation Info' section, but would the stop-all animations have fixed that? I used it from the menu and from an item in-world. Edit: 'Client | Character | Animation Info' Says: Head_rot 1 falldown - 3 body_noise - 2 pelvis_fix - 0 hand_motion - 1 breathe_rot - 1 eye_rot - 1 |

Mm... Not really sure just what happened, apparently the third wipe and reinstall was the charm because everything acts fine now...
Thank you all for being helpful with this, wish I could've gotten this from the mentors.

My suggestion would have been to turn off your modem and router for a while, then try again. Might as well turn off the computer while you're at it.
If one has multiple accounts, try the other accounts.
If one has multiple versions of SL, try them.
If you have a different place in the RL to log in at - a friend's house, for example try that.
The probability that there were only 3 mentors online is extremely close to zero.
There are a great number of people that know a lot about SL in the SL mentors group.
