I have a Rox Media demo version of the Youtube player, which worked perfectly untill a couple of days ago.
Today I found the player is not working any longer, for other users as well as for myself.
Does anyone know if this is an SL issue, or did Youtube finally decide that viewing of Youtube content in SL is against their TOS?

Well, there have not been any updates to the servers or viewers I know of in the last couple days.

SL has been behaving bad today from what I have been reading round forums. Maybe there is a problem due to that?

If not I would think it would be something YouTube did, not LL.

I just had some Rox Media errors a few minutes ago. I was saving pictures I had worked on with Photoshop Elements, so I don't know why the error msg came up.

Here's a little update. There has been some improvement on the Rox Media tv's in the way that now it has started to show search results again, which it previously didn't.
So it might be SL acting up in some weird way.

Roxmedia uses a server to play youtube vids. So if that server is down, you will not have any vids.

I have a Youtube player from this place:

They had problems with YouTube recently too and have resolved them. I have left a comment about the player in case you were thinking of buying it.
All in all a pretty decent player I think.
