I see along with the new client comes a new wave of very descriptive error messages:

http://i28.tinypic.com/24zyfds.gif

Upon login I was told "Login Failed".
What the hell is that supposed to mean?

Maybe add some *more detailed* error messages in the future?

*sighs* Heck, I can't even check my account via the webpage. It keeps taking me to the grid status.. which tells me it's down.

Edit: And I'm getting the 'Login Failed.' I just wanna check my account! *cries*

Edit again: They've blogged it again. I'll agree with the coffee and will in fact go take a hot bath now. I shoulda known this would be one of those days.

[Update] Support Navigation Changes… Going Live Now!
Monday, March 17th, 2008 at 10:40 AM by: Maurice Linden

[Update 17 March, 2008 10:40am PDT, 5:40 pm GMT]

We have started this morning’s website update and I am very happy to report that the new Support navigation page is a part of the update. Between now and 11am PDT you may still see the old page depending on the web server you are routed to, but after 11am, it should be all-new, all the time. Once the changes are live on the site, we will turn our attention the Support Portal itself and update the navigation there too. All-in-all, an exciting morning. Thanks for hanging in there as we got all of our ducks in a row on this one.

Possible. When either the support portal or the JIRA went live, there was an error that force LL make those of us who had logged into the stupid thing to have to change our passwords. Couldn't get in world and couldn't check the accounts until we had. So, chances are pretty good for it. Of course, they had network issues earlier today.

Or it was blinded by Philip's diamond codpiece and it ran out of the cage.
