An AR

Never needed too but just been threatend and need too put an AR in as I know this guy is serious!!! How do I peeps??

Help> Report Abuse

You go to the Help menu at the top of your screen. There you go down the menu to Report Abuse and click on that.

A template window appears to fill out with needed information. Be as complete as possible in filling it out.

Include chat logs of any threats that have been made (you can usually copy and paste them in). If you can get a screenshot of him attacking you, so much the better.

To log chat, got to the Edit menu, go to Preferences, and then go to Communication. In that window you will find boxes to check for doing stuff like keeping a record of a chat.

If possible, get corroborating witnesses to AR him too. Multiple ARs get more attention.

Remember, the Linden who sees your AR was not present. He does not know what happened except for what you tell or show him - and then he still does not know whether you are exaggerating or lying (some people do that). So you need to be as good a witness as you can manage.

And AR the bugger every time he threatens or attacks you.

I hate to say it but....

.... don't expect to much... don't expect justice....

You will probably get an email saying your AR has been recieved and that they can't tell you how it was resolved, regardless of how grevious the offense was. You will never know, just hope that some justice was done, and move on with your Second Life.

Just had some great advice inworld from Archangel Shepherd... top fellow.. dont expext any justice... lol Im a british lawyer in RL so I know there isnt any!!!
