Compressed Snapshots - How to View

A little gremlin sneaked in over night and set my option to save my snapshots "compressed" to hard disc,
Now I have a number of files with the extention - ".j2c". My question, how do I view these on my computer. They are screen shots of the Blender interface shown during Whyrock Slade's Blender class. (Which is brilliant BTW)

It is a jpeg 2000.

Have not used any jpeg2000 viewers, but googling "jpeg2000 viewer" gives tons of options...
