Notecard problems

Here we go again! Every once in a while when I try to open a notecard, it fails to open and instead I get a jumbled grey mess on my screen instead. This had been reported in the JIRA in the past and I thought they fixed this.

Is any one else having this problem? More importantly, has anyone figured out how to fit it. I tried clearing my cache and it does no good. I've relogged several times tonight and it just won't stop.
