Anyone else seeing a horribly low frame rate with the new 1.19.0(0) viewer?

What do you call low? The best I manage is 15-20 fps and the client version makes little difference. The graphics card seems to be the critical thing.

Well I have a low frame rate anyway. I haven't got the new viewer but last night it got down to about 0.3fps. This was at the hangout though and I get low fps in public places anyway. When I got home before logging off it magically jumped to 15 fps. It looked like i was speed walking lol.

I've not had a problem with low frame rates in weeks, months. But yesterday I basically couldn't use SL because it was so slow, a frame rate ranging between >1 to 5. That really bummed me out...I was on the verge of working out the final kinks in a neat script.
Tonight it seemed a bit better...but then dropped back to an average 4.5 after 15 to 20 minutes.
Normally I'm getting about 15 fps using Windlight. At that rate things aren't super, but very adequate.
Currently it's low again...I couldn't take it anymore. I'll try again tomorrow.
As a comparison, the fps is just fine in Beta Havok.
[btw I'm in the Taipei. It's 8:42AM at Second Life's office on Tuesday, February 5th, 2008. It's 12:42AM Wednesday here.]

then revert back and file a jira or tech forum to figure out what`s wrong and not working with your system

Huge Discovery!
02-06-2008 00:57
I just discovered to my amazement that my CPU on my motherboard had stopped. I pushed the fan blades with my fingers and it started running again.
After that my fps went from deplorably low (4-5), it jumped right back to where it usually is...20+ now...
I am quite surprised at this. And quite pleased.
Something to check for. Because even with the fan not working, my computer was operating normally as far as I could tell except for the low fps rates in Second Life.
