hey finally getting the hang of second life but how do i find the L word and other corporate islands.. i heard they are really cool, tried typing "l word" etc... into search when logged in but nothing comes up...........how can i get there?!?!

When I put "L Word", enclosed in quotes, into Search All the first result is a link to L Word.
When I put L Word into Search Places all the results are links to L Word.
Perhaps you don't have the search set to include Mature results.

Check the box next to the words "Include Mature content" for Search All and check the box next to the words "Include parcels with Mature content" for Search Places.

The L Word

Hi,
I manage the residential properties at the L Word Estates.
Type The L Word into the search box on the Map or in regular search and you'll get a listing of all of their places. The estate is made up of five regions, 3 of which are residential neighborhoods, the other two are an orientation island and the main island where you'll find shops and social areas.
