SL 2 RL? CROSSING BORDERS

This is a new one. I am running windlight...I am not using the RC as I couldn't stand the multitude of constant updates. Anyway...2 nights ago...my avi and everyone around me...our dogs, and even inanimate object keep pulsing, sometimes purple, sometimes red and sometimes blue colors that seem to originate in certain body parts, feet, head, waist, or if it is not "alive" just right out the top of it. It is like a cloud kind of...but angular instead. And it seems to be a constant pulsing. Makes it VERY hard to see people and things around you. I have relogged about 5 times or more since it started and cleared cache as well. Any ideas?

Edited to say...NO ONE around me seems to see this...only me.
