I am having major IW issues. I keep on getting the viewer error message. What do I need to do? I am on 1.19... What do I need to do to fix my shtuff?

Uninstall and reinstall...or try the RC.

There's more than one viewer error message, so you'll have to tell us which one.
There's more than one released viewer with 1.19 version numbers, specifically 1.19.0(5) and 1.19.1(4), so it may help to be more specific with the version number. Finally, "Help" is a pretty useless message title. Most of the threads here are asking for help, the rest are just rants or amusing musings. You'll get the best, fastest help by having a fairly specific title, in this case by including something that identifies the error message. |

RC is the Release Candidate, currently at 1.20.0(6), I think. It may help with some problems, but it's unlikely to help if you're simply dead in the water (although an uninstall and reinstall of any current version, including the RC, might help).

oooohhh...I thought you had an issue of not being able to log on. I'm not sure how to turn the different sim popups off, they are annoying. I'm sure someone else knows how and will be right along to help.

I am pretty sure that message only happens during rolling restarts, and it nothing for you to worry about.
