I've heard some conflicting answers to this question. In the new land store will you be able to purchase void (openspace) sims without first owning a regular sim? I've heard some people saying yes some saying no and can't find recent clarification in the blog, any help mucha ppreciated, ty.

While announcing the new store, etc Jack never said anything about changing the policy. Right now you have to have a regular island to get a void one. I wouldn't listen to the ones saying yes until Jack says otherwise.

The policy remains that you can not buy or assume ownership of an Openspace sim unless you already own at least one regular sim.
