What's the most expensive object in SL, either in-world or on XStreetSL?
I am not talking about businesses, or terrain files, or mutiple objects like a fully furnished house, I mean a single object (but could be made of multiple prims of course).
A platinum Sexgen bed comes to mind, maybe a Palace, but are there more expensive objects out there?

I've seen big sets of full perm animations for 100K before. Don't remember where anymore. (and they weren't very good ^_^)

Not to be cynical, but as long as copybot exists, the price of the most expensive object is essentially zero.
Being able to show it to your friends without getting permabanned is the expensive part. _____________________

I guess it depends if we're including art works; the Starax mention suggests we are. There are some "living" artists whose works command prices similar to Starax collectibles. (I'm thinking of Dancoyote Antonelli's hyperformalist pieces, but I'm sure there are others.)
Or, if the objective is to actually *buy* the most expensive object, I can craft one heck of a plywood box.  |
