Payment info?

How long does it usually take the client to register payment info on file?

The website says I have it, but it's been 30 minutes, and I still don't have it in world.

Sometimes it never does show, so you can do one of two things,
file a support ticket for them to kick the database, or make a minimal purchase of L$.

I honestly wouldn't know, because I've recently put my payment info in for both my alts and it's never show up as Payment Info on File for them, one of them having had the info from my old card for the longest time and it never showed up.

Edit: I'm about to go with a chat to get it fixed for them. Gahhh.

Seems like it has been a bug for a while. Payment Info On File never shows anymore - the status simply changes to Payment Info Used when that finally applies.

Actually, my sister forced the issue by submitting a ticket. On principle, she declined to buy some L$ just to get the thing to work. She needed access to AO land to keep her job as a security type person, and although she age verified, that didn't work either.

Whole damned system is screwed up and buggy.

I can't submit a ticket with a basic account, but I can't upgrade my account without buying $L...

So in other words, you HAVE to buy $L to get payment info on file?

Basic accounts can submit tickets. Go to submit a ticket on the support page and it'll give you instructions. Basic accounts are restricted to entering one type of ticket, if you change it to something else, it will be closed automatically.

I put in a ticket for this with one account, and in details wrote that payment information I entered on the web page wasn't being reflected in-world. They fixed it pretty quickly.

Give it at least a day.

(Also depending what you mean by payment info. Some types will not show up in your in-world profile, until you install 1.23.)
