Is it possible to hide one's login history (and current status) in group listings?

People have been asking for a long time to have some way to be truly not seen by others online -- we will keep dreaming.

when i look in groups log in history . i get not available all the time.. it would be nice if it actually worked so i could see the last time someone logged in. is there a way to get this feature to work? i have did a reset or refresh and that doesnt work. but it would be cool to see when someone u met months ago went. and last time they logged in. :)

Jack, I don't have an answer- just didn't want u to feel ignored :) - did u try the usual clear cache thing? If not- besides doing it in-world could manually delete it from ur system - you could try a clean reinstall - sorry- best i can think of :(

You do know that you usually have to be a member of the group to be able to access that facility, don't you Jack?

ok ty and no i didnt know that Pserendipity and will keep that in mind but even the groups i am in if i look at all the members names. to the right of the names it says last log in.. mine always says "unknown" and i clear cache all the time. i dont know if it just doesnt work or its on my end :( but it could be a really cool function.. now the strange thing is everynow and then i will click on a group info thing and it works. so i dont know if i have something disabled or they do?

Jack, I think it's just SNAFU.

We used to see "hippos" all the time on our Friends lists. Well, many of us did.

Sometimes the info just isn't forthcoming, and it hits certain avatars more than others -- probably due to which servers (possibly login servers) they're using.

Try this: creat an alt (another avatar). See if you have the same problem with your alt. If not, then it's not something on your end. If you do get the same problem, you haven't really learned much, but it adds weight to the possibility it's a local problem.

ok thanx Lear . that is kinda what i thought and why i never really pursued to find the problem until someone brought it up in this thread :) that would explain why sometimes it works and most time it doesnt .
