So whenever I tp now my avie jumps up and down.. Even when there is no one around me and I move away from where I landed upon tp I'm still bouncing.. is there a way to fix this as it is very annoying! BTW I am on the new windlight client!

Stuff to try: take off all attachments (HUD stuff too) and see if the problem remains, if that fixes add them back one at a time until the guilty one says hello.
If no joy on that front, it could also be SL being its goofy self. You might see if the problem follows if you wear a different shape, not something you would want to do permanently but it might help to have the info if you want to pursue a bug report.
I seem to get goofball landings in phases, there will be good and bad days. On bad days I try to make a habit of hovering before I TP. A nice side effect is that it makes it easier to escape busy landing points.

sounds like you have a move lock that will cause it
you may want to take off all atachments and add them one at a time and see what is causing it.

there's one with a mysti-tool hud I stopped using it because of the jump problem
you may want to take off all atachments and add them one at a time and see what is causing it.

If the problem is following MystiTool, then you can turn off that feature with:
