For the past two days I've been unable to use the "Community" tab on the SL mainpage. When I click that tab, I get a light blue screen--that's it. I have to get to the forums by accessing my internet history. Any suggestions?? I've tried IE, Safari and AOL (yes, I'm admitting it). NOTHING works. Just me???? HELP!!
Edited to add: Ooops....hubby is going to throttle me for posting under his account....:: giggle ::
It's actually Arielyn Docherty....sorry hon!

Have you tried deleting cookies and internet Cache? LL has been shuffling the site around and page changes.. Maybe an old cookie is causing the bad session I also think a couple of days ago they added a new little Scrib plugin to show their new nifty little PDF of their quick start guide.. Maybe the little thing on there is causing you grief

I don't think I've clicked on that link before but I just tried and i get exactly the same as you - light blue empty screen with nothing coming in behind it.
An easier way of getting to the forum is by using the drop down Resident Links box. It's listed there. Or you could add it to your favourites. Personally I always get here via the Lindex page.

It's broken. I got there via Community Standards, and the link to forums at the bottom of the page.

Had this problem yesterday. It doesn't work with IE, but is fine with Firefox.
[Edit: It's probably no coincidence that we just had a windows update?]

I haven't been having any trouble with the Community page using Firefox but I've not been able to access the SL blog for ages without resorting to IETab. Your suggestions in this thread led me to try clearing my cache and deleting all cookies related to either SL or jivesoftware.com. After a restart the blog loads and the RSS feed works again. So I'm sold on this technique and I'll try it first next time this website starts acting up. BTW, I usually use this bookmark and jump right to RA: /327/1.html

This is exactly the issue I was having with the new Explorer browser. I had to deisable all the new add-ons for the browser........now I have no problem getting to community/forums. But it's interesting that others are having the same issue. It's got to be something that LL is doing with the site.

I'm using IE and I have to use the link, I can't get to the "Community" page from the "Blog" page, it just sits there trying to connect with a light blue page displayed. It hasn't been working for the last couple of days.
What IE add-ins do I need to disable to make it work again?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
