i hope i'm not repeating, i searched and found nothing.
is there anyway to turn off the info boxes that popup when ever
the mouse is moved over an object? maybe through the advanced
menu? it's very annoying while playing games. thanks.

yep, under VIEW menu, uncheck SHOW TIPS under HOVER TIPS

If you like the tips in general but just want to deactivate them temporarily when playing a game, you may also toggle the popup display via Ctrl-Shift-T
