I have a short film clip with sound, that I'd like someone to play with a little. It has someone singing happy birthday to a particular person so I need it to be cut somewhat to edit out that name and replay the phrases without the name. I have the clip in .mpg format.
Is it at all possible to do this? Can someone help, please?!

It's possible to do it.
Unfortunately, it may also get you in trouble.
Believe it or not...but "Happy Birthday" is a copyrighted piece of work.
