With Havoc 4 being released, I'm wondering who I should be looking for to get info on it. Is there a Linden with office hours I can talk to? The main reason I ask is over the VEHICLE_FLAG_HOVER_GLOBAL_HEIGHT which has been forcefully gimped to a distance lower than much of mainland altitude.
