Well, this is my problem.

I do own land, well it's a group-land. But i'm the owner and i share it with my friends.
But i'm the one paying all the land fees.

I just noticed this:

Allowed holdings: 8,704 square meters
Current holdings: 0 square meters
Available for purchase: 3,404 square meters
Peak square meter usage: 10,240 square meters
Total monthly cost: US$75.00
Next bill date: Friday, April 25, 2008

that's supposed to be stuff in your info account.

Well, the problem it's that i'm not owning 10,240 meters.
And i can't pay 75 USD per month.

In my land uses fees, it says the following:

Your current holdings and fees are shown in the left column below. If you're thinking about making changes to your holdings, then use the fee calculator in the right column to estimate any changes to your fees.

Square meters owned: 0
Square meters donated: 5300

That means the right amount i'm using, what i don't quite understand it's WHY LL it's charging me so much money.

I do have in the land contributed to my group 5300 sq meters.

So, what's happening here? how i fix this????

I don't want to loose my land.

Sounds like you really need to call the support number and wait however many hours it takes to straighten that out. Although as screwed up as sl has been, it might be a bizarre Glich

Did you (or the group) own additional land at any time during the previous month? Or did you donate additional tier? Even if it was only for a moment, LL considers it part of your peak usage and will charge you for it.

If not, go to the Support page and submit a ticket, or use the Live Chat link to talk to an actual customer service rep.

It sounds like at some point you had more than your $40 tier level
(if that does happen you get a msg saying it will up your tier and charge you more)

....

unless there is a situation I am not aware of, that causes your tier to go above what you are paying and not warn you
