I found for the past week that when i try and deactivate one of my gestures, it will not go away. Let me explain further.
When I was a newbie.. probably first day, I activated the /kiss gesture to see what it would do.
Pressed on the deactivate shortly after I realised how crappy it was and that I wouldn't be using it.
Fast forward to now...almost a year later, and I got myself a free hug/kiss/go to thing that lets you interact with other sl users.. the hug works fine, but every time i go to do the /kiss whoever, it just makes the kiss gesture and their name in text.
Puzzled by this i went into my inventory and checked all my gestures.. deactivated them all again, cleared cache, logged out etc..
try again.. still activated. However, when i look in my inventory, it appears not to be turned on.
When using the drop down menu at the top of the screen to bring up my gesture window, it shows /kiss as loading...
I have tried to delete it, wont delete. I have tried changing the command that triggers the gesture. I get this giant error message cannot find klasdhf235234 (something to that effect)
Is there anyway at all I can get rid of this darn /kiss gesture that seems to never load.. or am I stuck not able to get rid of it forever??
Any hints, tips would be appreciated.

I believe someone once despatched an errant gesture by programming a different one with it's hotkey combination, then disabling that one.

Have you tried clearing your cache and relogging?

yes, as i posted above I had tried clearing my cache and relogging to no effect.
The gesture in particular was a LL supplied one when you first log in, it wasnt one that i picked up anywhere, which is the annoying part.
it just drives me crazy that i cant get rid of it

I noticed last night that I am smiling for no particular reason. As in I will suddenly smile and then stop smiling without me doing anything. I looked at "worn" and I couldn't find anything that would make me smile like that.
May or may not be a kiss animation. I do not know. It is somewhat annoying.

I have had another look and it appears it is not only the library /kiss, but also the /wow that both seem to be corrupted, cant get rid of or turn off
