I got told for premium, tier etc that before they try to card that's on file they take from any $ balance? Is this true cause my tier is due today & so far the $ is the same. Or is it cause it's still early in linden land?

Is still early, and Billing...well....let's jsut say snails laugh at the speed at which they work. *Grins*
But yes, it will come out of your account balance first. The USD balance that is, not L$ balance.
