How to send banner ads to xstreet now, please?

Hi all,

I bought a banner ad yesterday from Xstreet.
I did this before and usually I get a confirmation mail and an email with instructions right away. So, one should think, no problem it is done quickly.
Not so this time.
Here what happened:
Confirmation email arrived, as usual. Notecard inworld
tells me to check email for instructions, as usual.
Then... a few hours nothing.
Ok, so I contact live help in the hope they can give me a hint what to do.
Guess what... they have no idea and send me to the forums to search
for the answer. OK!!! After a few hours looking I give up and submit a ticket.
A few hours later there is a response to the ticket, sending me the info
how to submit a banner info as usual (I think).
So, happily I click "reply" as suggested, attach banner and link as well as alternative text and "send".
Another while later I get a mailerdaemon back, telling me that email is not valid.
I check and sure enough it is a "no reply" email. Fun!
Next I look in their email how to contact them.
[email]support@xstreetsl.com[/email] is the adress that is in the email.
I forward the previous email to the new adress.
Getting another friendly email back after a while,
telling me that email was discontinued, and to please
visit http://secondlife.com/support to find out more.
Ok at this point I give up.
Sorry, too much chaos for me.
Can someone please tell me the correct adress to submit my banner info to?
It would be much appreciated.
Maybe someone who knows the Linden in charge for this can forward this as well.
I can imagine I am not the only one with this problem.
And yes I checked all folders (spam folder included) for the correct instructions mail,
nothing there, so the automatic mailing might have switched off itself with the latest update, please check!!!

I never did get the right email either. What I had to do was attach the banner to the support ticket. There was a place to upload there. Hope this helps.

thank you for the answer. Ok now I got what you meant. Went to the support website and re-opened the ticked and attached the banner to that. Cumbersome procedure, seriously.
I hope that works. Will keep you posted.
