Can I get Premium Account using PayPal instead of Credit card? or can I use L$ ?

You can register a "Verified PayPal" account -- on the account page click on the link on the left to Update Billing Info and then the second option on the page will let you put in your paypal info.

You cannot pay your premium fee specifically with L$, but you can sell L$ so that your account shows a balance in your US$ -- your fees will be taken from there before they attempt to go to a funding source.

I do not really know for sure whether payment info is required to be premium, BUT if you do not have valid payment info and not enough US$ on your account at the time that ANY fees become due, your account can be frozen and even cancelled -- losing all inventory, L$, land, etc -- at least that is the way I understand it.

I do not wish to buy L$ then Sell L$ inorder to get the money as I would lose 3% on each transaction can I deposit money into my account as money from pay pal

I only see buy L$ option sell L$ option

When you Buy L$, the real money for them is taken from the payment source that you provided - e.g. PayPal or your bank - so you have to have provided payment details (Payment Info On File).

You can deposit US$ using that, but unless you think you might be short by the time LL bills you there's not really any need to do that.
