I am trying to make tattoos for my skin, but using Gimp for the Alpha channels and the templates that I downloaded from the site. Can these two programs work together so I can place the tattoos on the template in the right place?
I only have GIMP and Photoshop Elements to do these tasks and Photoshop Elements is not working right for me.
Can anyone help, PLease?

Diver, open the template file, add a background layer and place it last if one isn't included in the template u r using- some have it, some don't - then- open the source image, color to alpha, select it - go back to the template save it as new image, add a layer for you tat, choose brush and clipboard- now your source image is the brush- scale it and place it where u want it - try to avoid right on the mesh vertices because u get pronounced pixalation (argh!!! Kanji!!!)
And- go check the forum about this stuff cause there is an awful lot to learn there- oh and there is an inworld Gimp user group.
