Ok, I downloaded the new viewer. I see everyone just fine except my partner! We've tried everything. It's just one person. Any idea what's wrong?

Tried clearing Cache lately?

I know it seems simple, but so often it helps. Also clean your disk, and defrag...something we all forget to do often.

Yeah have cleared cache too. rebaked, edited appearance multiple times. Will try cache again LOL

have your ghosted partner:
1. rebake. CTRL+ALT+R.
if no good, then
2. Enter Appearance mode, change something, change it back, exit appearance mode
if no good, then
3. Take off all clothes and attachments (if allowed), and then repeat 1 and 2.
if no good, then
4. Enable Advanced menu (CTRL+ALT+D). Go to Advanced/Character/Character Tests/Test Male (or Test Female). Your partner should appear as a basic noob, and can then re-don his/her normal shape and clothing.
if no good, then
5. Clear cache, quit SL, turn off your computer, turn off your DSL or cable modem. Restart everything from the ground up, then repeat 1 -4 above if required.
