Probably not posted because they have such huge other problems!
If you have a lower-end computer and you are using the new 'mandatory' release (1.19.1.4), you might try downgrading to the previous, non-windlight release. The newer one seems to knock some of the low-end machines for a loop. no log in

yes...a friend of mine in australia downloaded the new version and now has not been able to log in for the past two days. he just gets a Second Life Crash window that says 'Sending To Alternate Server'...whatever that means.
