Has anyone else had trouble accessing SL Exchange this morning? I can't get their website to load and the inworld terminals seem to be timing out when I try and use them.

Yep, was down earlier, then came back and then went down again.
Still seems to be dead to me. (1:40pm GMT).
And today was the day everyone was going to start buying my stuff as well.

Glad it's not just me... but still a bit disconcerting. If it's down for maintenance, it'd be nice if their website said that, rather than just being inaccessable. Or if they put up a sign at Exchange island or something saying they're offline but working on it.

Its been real sporadic, I withdrew some money earlier, i worked fine, then I made one forum post, now I keep getting "Failed to open page" messages.

It's giving me the whole "Page not found" mess. I feel for them, given the problems they'd had with the boxes recently.

-Atashi I accessed the forums on SLX between the two down periods and there was an announcement about having problems with their web server, and they may have to take it down to fix it... hence they can't display anything on their website! |

Our primary web server has had a hardware failure. This affects all our websites, our support ticketing system, and terminal transactions.
Replacement parts are on their way and we expect service to be fully restored Thursday, November 8th by 4:00pm SL time. I just got this at their web address.... yikes. -Atashi

ARRGGGGHHH the website says the server will be repaired by 4pm on thursday. I am addicted to those emails I get when someone buys something. How am I going to make it through the next 24 hours?!?!?!!

thanks a loooooooootttttt Shapegen...isn't that the thing that makes big spheres and such automagically? I have one. IM me after 6pm SLT and I'll check to see if it's transferable.
