I would say sometimes life IS stranger than fiction...but, um...in a sense an avatar IS fiction...so that would mean that fiction is stranger than fiction...or fiction is stranger than life...or...er...fiction is stranger than life imitating fiction???

Maple story is a 2D side scrolling game that looks like something you would have found on a Super-Nintendo. About the only similarity between it and Second Life is they are both played on-line.
I find it wierd that they compare the two. Also find this odd: (Japanese) rank third by nationality among users, after Americans and Brazilians. Brazilians are No.2 largest user group??? |

It makes me wonder tho- how sad is your life where you have to take refuge & revenge on someone like that??? The way some folks fuss over their "virtual" selves, reminds me of the people who stalk celebrities, thinking the celeb was "talking only to them". _____________________
