Found a parcel I absolutely can't refuse and I'm out of time. Next tier level is a doozie.
1. Need to pull my 512m donation to the Cartel until I can unload elsewhere and then I'll replace it.
2. Need to unload my old first land in a hurry
(southern continent - Imjin 240/140/144)
Is up for 4500L right now but I'll go WAY below that for forum members. It's a little trashy with a couple spinny things around but not that bad, no adfarms, no 16's cut, and it's not real laggy..good for building space or a small skybox. Yell if you want it.

Right now your 512 is priced at 8.79L/sqm. The last time I checked, Sarah Nerd was buying anything 512 or larger for 8.3, so you should be able to unload it in a hurry. Other land brokers are probably in the same range. You should be able to see the amount of land available for purchase in the cartel group to know if removing your 512 would be an issue.

The Imjin parcel sold as I was standing on it.

Looks like the Cartel is okay for Tier at the moment, so looks like all is well. Congratulations on finding good land Dana--enjoy!

You're kidding ?!?! Wow, ok well sorry for spamming RA then.. Kinda did a lil freaking out cause the next tier jump is double, I've already paid for this month, and I can't chop anything off my protected water lot.

For future reference, Sarah's always a good bet. Or simply set it at $L.2 lower than the first listing per meter on the land sales list and watch it go in minutes.
