No rotations; persistent UI

Hi -

I can't see rotating objects. That is, I see the object, but not the rotation. I can't find any setting in the client menus for this function. Does anyone have a clue? I don't!

Also, I can't turn off the UI with the ctrl-shift-F1 key combo. I have the ctrl-D client menu enabled, and I can turn off the UI with the Rendering/Features menu setting. Of course, then I have to relog to turn it back on! heh ...

I have reinstalled, cleared the cache, tried the Nicholaz viewer - nothing seems to help wither of these issues. If anyone can help me out here, I'm certain a big reward awaits you!

Wow! Thanks for the velocity interpolate objects tip. It worked, and I never would have found it otherwise!

The other problem, unfortunately, is that ctrl-alt-F1 key combo doesn't work to turn off the UI. I have separately tested the F1 key, the ctrl key, and the alt key - all of which seem to be functioning normally. It's just that one combination that doesn't seem to work!
