Hoping someone can shed some light on this. My friend has just signed up to shop at slx, and for some reason she can only see the item pictures when she adds them to her favs. I just checked the site to see if there are some viewing options..but couldnt see anytihng that might help her..

ideas anyone? (nice ones lol)

Can she click on the item pic to open up to the description of the item?

Clicking any picture or item name should result in her being able to view that item and purchase it using the (Buy Now!) link to the right hand side.

That is very odd, no idea. Fwiw, I've used SLX support twice (use 'contact support' under Help), and both times received a helpful email in response.

You might try their forums as well.

I've been a happy user of SLX for a long time,never heard of this problem. But use their support; send them an e-mail. Unlike certain on-line "support services," they really do try to help, and usually succeed.

I'll pass on the info and see if she can contact their support people...she CAN buy stuff...but just cant see the pics until she adds them to her favs..weird lol Ive shooped with them for almost a year no pribs at all (yay!)
