So even after taking over 15 mins to log in, i cant do anything

Ok that wasnt put well....but all my buttons for build, inventory ect that normally run along the bottom of my screen have errrr GONE
So even after taking over 15 mins to log in, i cant do anything Anyone else had this or have i clicked the wrong thing somewhere? _____________________

CTRL ALT F1 (i think?) toggles the UI on or off... couldn't have hit that whilst trying to turn some other feature on/off?
