I was wondering, is there a script-free way of determining what was bought from my store? I sell objects based on the contents of the vendor, not copy, and don't want another script in there that they have to delete, I think it looks unprofessional. But when I log in and see I have 200 L$ added to my account, I want to know what was bought... can anyone help me out?

Check your transaction history on the web page.
From the "My Account" page, on the right-hand side, there is a "Transaction History" which will go back up to 1 month, and show you every transaction.
It will name the object that they paid, so if you have a prim called "My Product" that is set to sell contents for L$200 then you'll see a name, a date and time, a L$200 credit, and that they paid "My Product".
You can download these transaction history logs as a spreadsheet to help with your accounting.
Just remember, it's the one on the right-hand side of the screen in the 'My Account' page. The 'transaction history' on the left hand side of the screen is the Lindex transactions.
