I just logged in after not being online in two days. I have no rights on my land... my Group is missing from my group list and my land was group owned... i am the owner of the land and the group.
Does anyone know what could have happened and how i can go about getting it straightened out?
I am a premium member and my land is on a mainland the region is Hadong.

Hi Lemony, were you the only member of the group? If everyone else leaves the group, it will be disbanded in a few days and all objects and land owned by the group will be abandoned.

Were you the only person in the group? If so, the group was disbanded. You need to put in a support ticket with LL to get the land back.
You must keep 2 people in a group at all times in order to maintain a group and any associated land. 1 person is not a group. edit: Hi Oryx  _____________________

yeah, i was in the process of changing things around in the group, then took off a couple days. so i was only one, i will put in a support ticket... thanks guys for the information

It's always safe to keep an alt or a trusted friend in the group, for precisely this reason. Once you get the land back, be sure to have the group ready, including your alt.

You might want to call in addition to filing a support ticket. I'm not sure that's needed but I doubt it would hurt.

The only other thing the OP needs to check is that his tier fees haven't increased, you get a 10% bonus on group owned land.
Giving the owner of the group the land back is the ethical thing to do in such circumstances and I'm glad that that is the policy. |
